The apartment is located 3 min ride from Maastunnel and 1 min to tram/bus stop. 15 minutes to city center by bike. Free parking in front of the apartment. The apartment has a shared bathroom, seperate toilet, a large living room and also fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher and other cooking utensils) and balcony.
