I have an extra bedroom which I rented for the past 4 months and I'm thinking of doing it again for a period of 2 of 3 months, starting from April. I'm often away, active and half of the time I have a dog, Loef. So you have to be up for walks with her :). I'm looking for a relaxed and easy tenant, who is tidy & clean and a good laugh. The house is very comfortable with a Scandinavian interior, spacious and sunny garden. It's very close to the shops, 15 minute walk or 5 minute bike ride to the centre of Haarlem and the train station. 15 minutes from Amsterdam by train
