From Februari 27, 2026, to August 26, 2026, I'm traveling to Mexico with my girlfriend. Therefore, I'm renting out my home for a fixed term of almost six months during that period (fixed period). The house is located in the charming Oosterpoort neighborhood in Groningen, within walking distance of the city center. It has a staircase leading to the upper floor, where the two bedrooms and bathroom are located. Downstairs, in addition to the living room and kitchen, there's a spacious balcony. The house also includes several wellness features, such as a massage chair and a jacuzzi. Use of these is included in the price, as is practically everything else in the house. We assume a normal number of users to cover the costs. Registering with the municipality as a co-resident is also possible, but I remain the main tenant.
