As a Account Manager/ Coordinator you are responsible for order processing (30%). You are also responsible for maintaining efficient and positive relationships with our client’s customers. In addition, you add to and encourage a positive and enthusiastic working atmosphere. You are active in participating and developing commercial actions and developing new opportunities and solutions within the French markets. In cooperation with the sales department you anticipate new customer needs. You are jointly responsible for creating and maintaining efficiency and margins in the sales process. (70%)

· Identifying potential commercial opportunities
· Approaching opportunities proactively from the sales department
· Improvement performance and showing drive in the function
· Quality control order process
· Realize personal goals



Requirements:

You Have:
· Obtained a college degree
· An affinity with the horse / animal care sector
· Excellent communication skills
· The ability to work under time pressure; can handle stress.
· Proven organizational skills
· Precise and accurate
· A no nonsense mentality
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English
· Dutch would be considered as a big plus.
