Sales Support France

In this role, you will be working together with 5 direct colleagues at the head office in Tilburg and with 14 direct colleagues in France. Your team is responsible for the commercial success on the French market, serving large clients such as Carrefour and Amazon. Some of your tasks will be:
- Order management (administration, creating invoices etc.)
- Monitoring the customer’s needs and advising the right products accordingly
- Assisting Key Account Managers in their daily tasks; preparing and following up on quotations, customer follow up
- Handling customer’s questions via phone and e-mail
- Working cross-functional by being in touch with different departments such as Buying, Logistics, Planning and Category Management
- Taking part in improvement projects


- Business level of French (C1/C2)
- Business level of English
- Completed relevant bachelor’s degree, Commercial Economics preferred
- Strongly preferred: around 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
- You are comfortable with working independently within a dynamic environment
- A proactive attitude, you like getting to know your colleagues and work on improvement projects
- Fulltime (40 hours per week) availability
- For this vacancy it is important that you currently reside in the Tilburg area
