Junior Account manager - Fluent in French

Together with a young, funny and driven commercial team of 14 FTE, you are responsible for the growth of the international sales market. To get good sales results, achieving, maintaining and expanding relationships with the customer is important. Therefore it’s necessary that you speak French on a excellent level. We will offer this opportunity to a entrepreneurial self-starter who will be given a lot of responsibilities, in which there is room for personal development.


Do you have commercial experience in the FMCG and preferably the food production industry and do you have the personal qualities that you need to work in a commercial environment? This means that you are proactive, flexible, persistent, have excellent communication skills, a sixth sense for identifying opportunities in the market and are a go-getter and a real approacher. Then you have what you need for this position!
If you do not yet have work experience (in the FMCG sector), but you got what it takes and you do have a degree at HBO level (eg commercial economics or International Business and Languages), then you are certainly equally suitable for this position! You also speak excellent French and, because company language is Dutch, you speak fluent Dutch.

Our client is a global food processing company. They supply the wholesale, retail and catering industry in more than 50 countries. This family business has become one of the most important suppliers in the world.On a daily basis vendors and buyers are in close contact, anywhere in the world. Customers are regularly visited, but contact is also maintained at various international trade fairs.The inside sales activities are handled by the team based in the office in Rotterdam. They support the local agents in Portugal, Italy and Greece.
