We are currently seeking a Tech Recruiter to join our expanding internal team. You will be focused on identifying candidates for technical roles, collaborate with our team to deliver exceptional tenders and single placements, while taking ownership of your process and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source technical candidate profiles by utilizing job boards, social media, and our internal database.
- Conduct screening calls to assess the technical and cultural fit of candidates.
- Schedule and facilitate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with both candidates and clients.
- Submit exceptional technical profiles for tender submissions within projects for EU institutions and agencies.
- Keep our applicant tracking system updated and accurate.
- Conduct market research on public sector recruitment trends, technical skills and corresponding salary benchmarks.
- Collaborate with our sales department to identify new business opportunities.
Who we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of recruitment experience in a multinational or public sector environment.
- Demonstrated experience working with EU institutions or agencies is mandatory.
- Comfortable managing your own recruitment activity independently.
- Native or bilingual level of English; other EU languages are a strong plus.
- Familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Salesforce, Broadbean, Bullhorn and Allsorter is considered a plus.
- Self-motivated and pro-active, with a structured approach that withstands ambiguity.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple vacancies at once.
- Team player mentality and a flexible approach to work.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
