As a Failure Analysis Engineer, you will play a key role in improving product quality and reliability.
Your main tasks include:
- Performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on complex electronic and mechatronic systems returned from customers or internal manufacturing.
- Working closely with quality, development, and manufacturing teams to identify failure modes and implement improvements;
- Defining and executing containment actions to manage non-conforming products and support a smooth production flow.;
- Translating technical findings into clear corrective and preventive actions (CAPA);
- Documenting your analyses and reporting conclusions to internal stakeholders.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (BSc/BEng) in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related technical field;
- Strong analytical mindset and structured approach to problem-solving.;
- Hands-on attitude and interest in working directly with technical products and equipment;
- Experience with troubleshooting at module or component level is a strong advantage;
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
What we offer:

- Salary range between €3.500 and €5.000 gross per month, depending on experience;
