About this role

We are recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing scale-up that designs and develops innovative digital healthcare products. Taking a holistic approach to healthcare, this company works closely with stakeholders across multiple domains to ensure its solutions genuinely meet the needs of both care providers and patients.

Their international team brings together ambitious and creative professionals from more than 15 countries, spanning software engineering, design, product management, customer support, and project management. The culture is built on trust, autonomy, ownership, and collaboration — an environment where people are empowered to drive real impact.

The Role

As (Senior) Service Delivery Specialist, you will be both hands-on and strategic. You will provide direct support to users while serving as the tactical link between the helpdesk and management. You will safeguard operational continuity, professionalise SLA reporting, and ensure that all external communications meet the stringent compliance standards of the healthcare sector.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Hands-on customer support: Taking ownership of first and second-line support tickets, ensuring timely, high-quality assistance to clients and partners.
  • SLA monitoring & reporting: Tracking service KPIs and producing clear quarterly SLA reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Operational coordination: Managing the day-to-day workflow of the support team, helping to prioritise tasks and drive efficient processes.
  • Compliance & quality assurance: Upholding healthcare IT privacy and compliance standards through accurate external communications, careful data handling, and regular compliance checks.
  • Process improvement: Identifying recurring issues, bottlenecks, and opportunities to optimise support processes and improve helpdesk efficiency.
  • Stakeholder communication: Acting as the primary point of contact for healthcare institutions on escalations, service performance, and contractual matters.

What You Will Bring

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Dutch and English. This is a must.
  • Experience as a Senior Customer Service or Senior Technical Support, and being able to own the process and improve it.
  • Availablity for 32 to 40 hours per week
  • Experience in the healthcare, health tech, or healthcare IT sector is a strong advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with a customer-first mindset.
  • A structured and precise working style, with the ability to manage and prioritise effectively.
  • An affinity for technology and the ability to quickly grasp and work with digital systems and tools.

What Is On Offer

  • Competitive salary up to €4,000 per month, excl. 8% holiday allowance, depending on education and experience.
  • A hybrid way of working with a minimum of 2 days in the office
  • NS Business Card with a travel allowance of up to €300 per month.
  • 25 days of holidays based on full-time
  • Pension scheme with a 10% monthly contribution (7% employer-funded).
  • Growth opportunities, including internal training and an annual external training budget of €400.

Interested? We look forward to hearing from you!
