As Customer Support Professional you are responsible for the entire backorder process, tender creation, complaint handling and of course you have a lot of contact with the customer. You work as a couple with the account manager who is responsible for his district in france. You are partners in crime together and support each other through thick and thin. Because you provide support to the French-speaking customers you speak fluent French.

Requirements:

Your profile:
· MBO or HBO work and thinking level, preferably in electrical engineering
· Light knowledge / lighting technology is an advantage
· Some knowledge of smart applications
· Experience in a B2B environment
· Excellent communicative skills - very service-oriented
· Excellent (native) control of French and English, the Dutch must be on a conversational level.
· MS office and experience with SAP R / 3

The department where you going to work in is responsible for the Sales and Marketing activities in Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg and the current team consists of about 36 people. The team has an open and dynamic working atmosphere and a no-nonsense mentality.
