This room will be furnished with a bed upon arrival.

All the costs, in the payment overview to be paid the same day of booking
- One-month deposit €1000.
- The contract costs €250, will be deducted from the deposit, after ending of contract period.
- Additional costs/office costs: €1200. This is not refundable.


House rules:
- Music (instruments) only with the use of a headphone.
- Not allowed: visitors, smoking, pets
- Not allowed: address registration at the municipality.

As soon as you become a tenant, it is essential that you provide your proof of identity and acceptance to an educational institution and/or proof of employment.
