A nice 16m2 room is available in Rotterdam Prinsenland 10 minutes from University. It is located in the greenest area of
Rotterdam with a large park 1 minute walk from the house.
The room is furnished with a desk, chair, bed and bedding and closet.
The apartment has four rooms and a renovated new kitchen and bathroom.
The house is shared with three other people. There is a washing machine in the
apartement.
The price is €690 including all bills and €1380 refundable deposit.
We work with contracts and are looking for students from University or
University of applied sciences.
Registration is possible only for students.
A shorter rental period is ofcourse possible but the tenants should
always pay the period january (hidden).
Notice! The room will come furnished and all walls will be painted white.
The room is currently renovated and done january 4th.
