I'm looking for someone who is willing to stay these last three months before I'm back in the Netherlands. Because I am abroad we can only meet online, but visiting the site is possible through communication with the current tenant. The comforts of this studio: - 28m2, excluding 5m2 of the mezzanine where the bed would be positioned 🛋️ - Kitchen with fridge, washer and dryer combo, coffeemachine (capsules) and a microwave. Plates, glasses, cups, cutlery and frying pans included aswell 🍽️ (communual freezer in the building) - Your own bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet 🚿 - Other furniture like a sofa, a TV, office chair, a wardrobe, and a table to eat with friends! Furthermore: - 12 minutes by bike or with public transit to the city center, 8 minutes to Utrecht Central Station, and 25 minutes to Science Park 🚲. (Timings by bike or public transit are pretty much identical for this location). - Shopping mall at walking distance. - You could use my bike if you want to.
