A non-smoking, tidy, (exchange) student from Erasmus University or intern, who has no problem with sharing a house with other students. The bed is a large (160cm x 200cm) bed so is possible to stay with two persons as well (for an extra price). Lovely room with large twin bed in a house 15 minutes from the University by bike and 15 minutes from the city center. Beautiful green neighbourhood with nice private garden and great living space in the house. The house has a piano so this room would be great for students of the conservatorium. All rooms are fully furnitured and you will find a wonderful place to stay in Rotterdam near the University, Alexandrium and public transportation. This house is a no-WIFI-zone, which means all internet-connections are wired, and we don't condone WIFI(-spots). For exchange students, no possibility of registration, maximim stay 4 months. Public transportation (metro) is right around the corner and will bring you to Kralingse Zoom (university stop) in 5 minutes and the city center in 15 minutes.
