Hi everyone, I am subletting my room from mid-June until the end of January 2027 in a well-located apartment in the center of Rotterdam. The room is ideal for someone looking for a temporary stay in a central, convenient area close to everything. The location is very practical: it is just a 5-minute bike ride to Erasmus University Rotterdam and Blaak, and the apartment is right next to a tram stop. You can also reach the nearest supermarket in about 2 minutes by bike. In addition, the room is located less than 1 minute walking from Willem Ruyslaan tram stop, with Albert Heijn, Kruidvat, Aldi, Wibra, and Hema all nearby. It is about a 3-minute tram ride to campus, 5 minutes by bike, or around 20 minutes on foot. The room is around 16m2, fully furnished, and has big windows that provide a lot of natural light. It also comes with a comfortable double bed, a desk, and enough closet space. You would be sharing the apartment with 2 other girls. The apartment itself is not very large and does not have a living room, only a dining room. Because of this, we are looking for someone who values a quiet, clean, and respectful home environment. A few other things to note: • Registration is not possible. • Smoking, drugs, and pets are not allowed. • Boys are not allowed to sleep over. The rent is €950 per month, including furniture and service costs such as electricity and water.
