By booking the apartment, tenants agree to the following conditions: • The apartment must be kept clean and well maintained during the stay • Furniture, appliances, and personal belongings must be treated carefully • No parties or events are allowed • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment and on the balcony • No subletting or additional occupants allowed • Tenants must respect building regulations and neighbors Tenants are expected to follow professional short-stay standards similar to (hidden) policies, including maintaining the apartment in excellent condition and leaving it clean upon departure. Security Deposit A security deposit is required and will be returned after checkout provided that the apartment, furniture, and belongings are left in good condition and no damage has occurred. Additional cleaning or repair costs may be deducted if necessary.
