Temporary furnished apartment in Rotterdam-Zuid (45 m2) – €1200 incl. – close to Zuidplein My fully furnished apartment in Rotterdam-Zuid will be available for a temporary stay for 1 month while I am abroad. • Availability: from 21 April until 21 May 2026 • The exact start and end date can be discussed, and I am willing to adjust the rental period a bit earlier or later if needed • Size: 45 m2 • Rent: €1200 • Deposit: €500 The apartment is fully furnished, clean, and ready to use. You can use the furniture and household items during your stay. • Gas, water, electricity, and free WiFi are included • Registration is not possible • Smoking is not allowed • The apartment is close to Zuidplein bus station and the subway • The apartment is usually warm enough and stays around 19°C • Separate use of the heating is not included, which is also why the price is all-inclusive • You may also use my airfryer, SodaStream, and microwave, as long as they are kept clean I am looking for one tidy and responsible person or a couple who will take good care of the apartment and keep it clean. • Rent must be paid in advance • The deposit will be returned within 2 days after check-out, after the apartment has been checked • Viewing is possible before the rental period starts • A written agreement will be made before move-in • Keys will be handed over in person To avoid last-minute cancellations, I ask for a reservation deposit of €250 after we both confirm the rental period • This reservation deposit must be paid 2 weeks before the start of the stay • The reservation deposit will be deducted from the total amount due at the start of the stay Please send me a message if you are interested.
