A spacious, light-filled and characterful family home in green Amsterdam Noord, perfect for expats, families or digital nomads looking for a comfortable home away from home. Our 140 m2 house is warm, colourful and full of plants, with a large private garden and plenty of space to live, work and relax. The ground floor has a spacious living area, open kitchen and scullery, opening onto the garden. Upstairs are two bedrooms and a bathroom with bath and shower. The top floor offers a dedicated workspace, a separate TV/lounge area and a sunny roof terrace, ideal if you work from home. The house is fully furnished and equipped for everyday life, including a well-equipped kitchen, fast WiFi, washing machine, dishwasher, piano, record player, childrens toys, BBQ and everything you need to simply move in and feel at home. The neighbourhood is quiet, green and family-friendly, while Amsterdam city centre is still close: around 15 minutes by bike. One important member of the household stays behind: Oni our beautifull resident cat. She is independent, easy-going and sometimes cuddly. She loves having people around, so we’re looking for tenants who genuinely enjoy sharing their home with a cat and are happy to take care of her (we do have an automatic feeder) and give her the occasional bit of love. This is our much-loved family home rather than an investment property, and we’re looking for someone who will enjoy living here and treat it as their own during their stay. You'll also have a cargo bike at your disposal, perfect for getting around Amsterdam with kids.
