Suitable for both couples and singles. Quiet and light: the apartment is at the back of the building, with birds and trees to listen to, beautiful evening light, sunset views and a French balcony. Climate control: air conditioning that heats in winter and cools in summer, so you set the temperature yourself. Kitchen: oven, large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and plenty of storage. Bedroom: large, with a 160 cm double bed, wardrobe and desk. Extra storage: space above the bathroom ceiling for suitcases (shared ladder in the hallway). Everything included: bed and mattress, bedding, towels, TV, table with chairs, desk and more, so you can move in right away. The location Parks, canals, cafés and restaurants are all within walking distance: Westerpark, Erasmuspark and the Jordaan. The city centre is a short bike ride away, though we usually walk.
