About this role
For an international organization within the premium fashion and lifestyle industry, we are looking for a Media Specialist, Paid Social. You will join a globally recognized brand with a strong focus on digital innovation, consumer engagement, and performance marketing. Based at the European headquarters in Amsterdam, you will play a key role in developing, executing, and optimizing paid social campaigns across multiple EMEA markets, driving both brand consideration and commercial growth.

Your responsibilities are to:
- Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and other relevant platforms to drive mid- and lower-funnel performance;
- Manage and optimize large-scale paid social budgets across multiple EMEA markets, ensuring campaign efficiency, scalability, and achievement of commercial KPIs;
- Develop advanced audience, creative, and automation strategies using Smartly.io, including dynamic ads, product feed management, and creative automation;
- Analyze campaign performance, audience insights, and marketing data to provide actionable recommendations and continuously improve campaign results;
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Creative, E-commerce, CRM, Analytics, and external media agencies, to deliver integrated, data-driven full-funnel media campaigns.
Requirements
The ideal candidate has/ is:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience managing large-scale Paid Social campaigns, preferably within a global retail, fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce environment;
- Expert knowledge of Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and other Paid Social platforms, with strong expertise in campaign architecture, audience strategy, tracking, measurement, and automation;
- Advanced experience with Smartly.io, including creative automation, dynamic ads, product feed management, and large-scale campaign execution;
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to translate campaign performance and audience insights into actionable business recommendations;
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with proven experience collaborating across international teams, agencies, and cross-functional business partners.
