As our consultancy continues to grow, we are seeking a service-oriented and Mandarin speaking HR & Client Support Generalist to join our team in The Hague.



As an HR & Client Support Generalist, you will support both our internal operations and external clients with a mix of HR and administrative services. You will provide HR support to our internal team while also assisting clients on-site with general administrative tasks when required. We are looking for a flexible professional who is comfortable working in varying international environments and has strong communication skills. Success in this role requires the ability to adjust to changing schedules, responsibilities, and team dynamics. As you grow into the role, you will gain valuable experience by combining practical insights from both Human Resources and Business Administration.



Key Responsibilities



HR Administration




  • Assisting with onboarding and offboarding

  • Maintain up-to-date employee and contractor records

  • Assist with visa, work permit, and compliance documentation as well as 30% ruling and other tax-related duties, WAZO (Wet arbeid en zorg)

  • Communicating with employee's requests.

  • Collaborate closely with HR Consultants and assisting them with, for example, IND application admin, to ensure smooth service delivery



Client Administration




  • Provide timely and professional support to client and employee inquiries

  • Adapt quickly to new responsibilities and client workflows.

  • Support on-site administrative tasks at client locations as required

  • Organize meetings, maintain documentation, and support internal reporting

  • Collaborate closely with HR Consultants to ensure smooth service delivery



Requirements




  • Secondary education degree in Human Resource Management or related field

  • 6-12 months of experience in HR support

  • Fluency in English and Mandarin

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Eager to take initiative and committed to going the extra mile to advance their career

  • Comfortable working on-site with international clients and in multicultural settings

  • Willingness to travel to client locations within the Netherlands when needed

  • Proficiency in Microsoft suite, especially Excel.
