To expand our Maintenance team at our production facility in the Netherlands, we are looking for a skilled service technican. As a service technician, you will work in a 3-shift system at our state-of-the-art food production facility in the Netherlands. You will be part of a highly skilled team led by the Maintenance Manager, working closely with the Maintenance Coordinator, 8 technicians, and 2 trainee technicians. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our food production machinery to ensure smooth, safe, and hygienic operations.

- A service technician with expertise in both electrical and mechanical systems.
- Hands-on experience with the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial food processing machinery.
- Committed to quality and precision, with strong attention to hygiene and food safety regulations.
- A team player who enjoys collaborating with various disciplines within a production team.
- Capable of identifying issues and finding effective solutions, both independently and in collaboration with others.
What Will You Do?
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on our food processing equipment, tools, and production facilities.
- Analyze and solve mechanical and electrical malfunctions independently, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
- Identify and order necessary technical parts and equipment.
- Supervise external suppliers during maintenance and installation work.
- Document and report maintenance activities and production malfunctions.
- Conduct risk analyses and safety inspections with a focus on food safety and hygiene.
- Participate in project teams and contribute to efficiency improvements and process optimization.
Job requirements
- A technical qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in electrical and mechanical maintenance.
- Experience with industrial food processing machinery, electrical systems, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations, hygiene protocols, and industry standards.
