We have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Specialist project in a multinational corporation in the FMCG sector lasting for seven months, with a possibility of extension. The company is dynamic and the role carries significant responsibility in EMEA Finance operations.

The primary focus of this position is to work with internal stakeholders and clients of the organization in order to clear the AR backlog that has grown within their Spanish marketplace. Along with this, the AR Specialist will focus on:

Handle AR processes and systems within the organization; cooperate and coordinate reporting activities with other departments;

Act as a liaison for Accounting, Credit Control, and Collection matters together with the Customers and Sales teams;

Monitor Receivables Ageing and communicate effectively on Collection matters at multiple levels of the organization;

Drive continuous process improvements to achieve effectiveness and efficiency;

Carry out frequent interventions in the daily activities and operations in a hands-on way;

Any other activities linked to AR reporting, e.g. annual audit queries, internal controls, etc.

We are looking for a candidate that is available for at least 6 months and we are open to zzp/freelance candidates as wel as candidates that want to work on our payroll

Fee indication Interim 60-70 Euro an hour
Salary indication for candidates on our payroll; Gross 6.000 Euro month
