About this role

One of our clients, a distributor of electrical products and services, is currently looking for its next Customer Support colleague to join its team. Key Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone and email
Answer questions about product availability, stock levels, and order status
Prepare and follow up on quotations
Enter and process sales orders in the company system
Collaborate with the sales team and warehouse on customer requirements
Track order status and communicate updates to customers
Handle order changes and customer service issues
Assist colleagues across other departments when needed

Qualifications & Skills

Near native level of Dutch and full English proficiency. Fluency in German is a strong plus
Knowledge of electrical products such as cables, cable management systems, or ATEX products is a plus
Strong communication skills for phone and email customer service
Hands-on, service-minded attitude with a positive, curious mindset
Previous customer service experience
Background in construction, electrical, or technical industries (advantageous but not essential)
Willingness to learn about electrical products and the industry

What We Offer

Salary of €32.000~€34.000 gross per year
25 holiday days
Travel allowance according to CLA standards (approximately 23 cents per km (for distances over 10km)
Annual performance-based bonus (not guaranteed but based on 6-month results) of about 1 month’s salary
