Are you experienced in office administration/ facilities management and/or assisting managers/teams in a timely and efficient manner? Then you might want to read further!
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone that loves offering their support, has good organizational skills, and enjoys diversity and multitasking. Our client is an international company within FMCG based in Amstelveen.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the management team- scheduling internal and external meetings, coordinating travel arrangements and other administrative duties (i.e. processing travel and expense reports)
- Organize corporate events
- Office Coordination: order supplies, handle documentation, act as the first point of contact for all matters
- Facility management: solve IT issues, be in touch with service providers
- Provide assistance on HR administration
What we are looking for:
- Prior experience as an office/ management assistant
- Professional fluency in Dutch and English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (incl. Excel and PP presentations)
- Positive and helpful mindset, ability to multitask and work autonomously
- Availability to work full-time on site
