Facebook office in Amsterdam
Following London, Madrid, Milan, Paris, Dublin and Hamburg, Facebook opens a new office in Amsterdam.
The sales office of the US social networking platform targets the 145 million euros (annual) Benelux online advertising market and at the same time, reinforces Facebook's position against Hyves, the sixth most visited website in the Netherlands with (almost) twice as many users.
The new Facebook sales office in Amsterdam will start operating with four employees but more positions are expected soon.
