Dutch restaurants in world's top 50
This year’s S.Pellegrino World’s 50 Best Restaurants list includes two restaurants in the Netherlands.
Dutch restaurant Oud Sluis climbed two places to No. 17 for "remaining true to its founding principles - capitalising on the Zeeland coast's fresh fish and oysters," while De Librije, with "a passion for local, seasonal ingredients," reached the 46th place (No. 37 last year). Restaurant Noma in Copenhagen (Denmark) held the title of the best restaurant in the world for the second year in a row.
The S.Pellegrino World's 50 Best Restaurants list is organised by Restaurant magazine and is based on opinions and experiences of more than 800 international restaurant industry experts.
