About the artist
Chaz Bundick is a South Carolina native who previously played in punk and indie rock bands before launching Toro Y Moi and the 2010 release of his debut album "Causers of This." His second album,"Underneath the Pine," is full of spacey disco and pervasive funk.
With influences ranging from hip-hop to 80s R&B and pop, his unique sound is tough to classify in any one genre. His latest album "Anything in Return" is set for a January 2013 release.
