Apartment is located right above supermarket Dirk at the Goudsesingel and its very nearby metrostation Oostplein. This neighborhood is very safe, quiet and child-friendly with plenty parking spaces. Supermarkets, bank, pharmacy, library, Markthal, Cubic Houses, shopping area and nice restaurants/bars are just a few steps away. Rotterdam Central/Blaak train station as well Oostplein metro station is reachable in 5 minutes. All these benefits, makes this area very popular among young professionals and students.

Apartment

This 3 bedrooms apartment (app. 80 m2) will be rent out fully furnished (mostly Ikea furniture’s and we bought it brand new). Everything is still very neat and in good condition.

Bedroom no. 1
This bedroom includes a very comfortable queen-size bed (160x210 cm) with a desk and chair. This bedroom gives access to its very large balcony facing the south which means it has sunlight through the whole day.

Bathroom and kitchen
The bathroom is completed with a clean shower, washbasin, separate room for toilet. Simple and basic. The kitchen has all the needs like a stove, dishwasher, microwave, fridge etc. Also the apartment includes a small laundry room with a washing machine.

All these facilities will be shared with 2 other tenants (male 25-35 yrs international).
