Hi friendly & clean woman.
Area: ROTTERDAM-ZUID nice neighborhood within walking distance of the Keizerswaard shopping center
There is plenty of investment in the Hart van Zuid. The new 50-meter swimming pool has been completed and work is currently underway on the new arts building and the expansion of Ahoy. By bike you are within 10 minutes at the Zuidplein shopping center and via the Erasmus Bridge with 15 minutes in the heart of Rotterdam. The location of the district, near the hotspot areas Katendrecht and Wilhelminakade and the well-known Zuiderpark is excellent!
