The apartment is located next to tramline 7, 24 and the metro station Gerdesiaweg, so it will only take you a few minutes to reach the city centre. The apartment is 1.7 km away from the Erasmus University Rotterdam and only a 5-10 minute bike ride or a 20 minute walk.

Shopping centre Lusthofstraat and supermarket Albert Heijn XL are in walking distance, approximately a five minute walk away. Nearby are the beautiful Kralingse Bos, Kralingse Plas and Oude Haven.
