Beautiful fully renovated apartment in the well sought after area of Hillegersberg-Noord (Prinses Margrietlaan). The apartment is situated on the second and third floor of a quiet and neighbor-friendly street. The whole place has been renovated with an eye for perfection. This is the ideal house for an expat who needs a place to calmly work (from home) and relax in this fully furnished apartment. We do look for a serious person who respects the neighbors and is here to enjoy a perfect experience of this wonderful city, not a party animal. Within minutes you can walk along the Bergse Plas for an evening stroll or go for a jog.

From the ground floor with your own entry you’ll go up the two stairs and reach the second floor. On this floor you’ll find the living room (26m2) with its beautiful fully equipped kitchen, your own little office (9m2), the bathroom and the toilet. From the hallway you’ll go up the second flight of stairs and reach your beautiful loft-like bedroom (21m2) with its own roof terrace (9m2).

The apartment is furnished with everything that is needed to chill after a hard days work (couch, chair, tv), have dinner with a friend (dining table with chairs), work from home (desk and chair in your own office) and a large bed to sleep until you are woken up by the birds that you hear singing from the trees.

The tram stop, which is only three minutes away, will take you to the center of Rotterdam in just over 20 minutes or you can take the train (Station Noord) to Central Station (10 minutes on foot and just 6 minutes in the train). The closest supermarket is only 6 minutes on foot.

The apartment is only for one person or a couple (only one can register). We offer a fixed contract on a short term lease basis, so no extension can be made after the contract has been signed. The rent including all bills is 1900EUR per month, a security deposit equal to one month's rent (1900EUR) must be paid before move-in. An administration fee of 1000EUR is mandatory and must be paid together with the deposit.
