Description:
A lovely light apartment with 2 bedrooms of 66 m2 located on the first floor. The special thing about this apartment is the unobstructed view from the living room over the Gebrandypark. The house is located on the corner of the apartment complex and therefore has an extra window. In addition, there is a balcony, which is located on the south and therefore
wonderfully sunny.
In short, lots of light and sun all day long!
The apartment is fully furnished and all appliances (like dishwasher, coffee machine, washing machine, furniture, oven, microwave) etc can be used, however: If you break or damage anything, you'll need to pay to replace/repair these items. If you live responsibly and have a liability insurance you should be fine. We've got a lot of amazing houseplants which make the place super cozy.
Surroundings:
The apartment complex is located in a strongly emerging, but green neighborhood, where one can live wonderfully quietly. There is a lot of greenery directly around the complex, including the Gerbrandypark on the Erasmusgracht. The Sloterpark with the city beach, two harbors and nice new catering establishments is also nearby.
In addition, there is plenty of space for sports and recreation, such as the Sloterparkbad or the tennis courts
in the Gebrandypark. The indoor shopping center of Plein '40-'45 is within walking distance with four large
supermarkets and many shops.
Accessibility:
The connections to public transport (tram, metro, bus and NS station Sloterdijk) are very good and
will take you to the Centre, Zuidas/WTC, Haarlem or Schiphol in 20 minutes.
By bike you can reach the centre of Amsterdam, the Westerpark or the Jordaan in fifteen minutes. By
car you can easily reach the Ringweg A10, the A5 or the A200 to Haarlem.
