Feel at home in this beautiful & calm one bedroom apartment located at the Amstel river in Amsterdam Oost. This is a really authentic place along the Amstel riverside with original features like high moulded ceilings, herringbone oak floor and a French southwest facing balcony. Enjoy a coffee or a glass of wine facing the Amstel river and watch every sunset here!
The apartment has lots of Amsterdam character and charm. The large and well insulated windows give so much natural light, even on gloomy days. From the dining table you can work while watching the world go by along the river
If you like to cook there is fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and fridge and freezer as well as a stove and oven.
From the living room you enter a spacious bedroom house you'll find a double bed (140cm x 200cm) and closet. From here along the hallway is a modern bathroom with a walk in shower and a single basin.
The toilet is set apart in the hallway and there is a separate closet containing the washing machine. (no dryer)
The apartment is located on the 2nd storey (1st floor in Dutch terms) accessible by steep classically Amsterdam stairs. Most people adjust to these after a few days!
A bi-weekly cleaning by our professional cleaning company is included
Towels and bedding are provided.
This place is suitable for 2 people max. No pets, parties or smoking allowed.

Within a close proximity you will also find the popular Pijp and family oriented Rivierenbuurt neighbourhood.
