Room furnished with a 1 personbed with lock on door.

A stone throw away from shopping center, park and public transport to different directions. Lelylaan station is 5 minutes away by tram or bicycle. Lots of shops, supermarkets and eateries nearby.

I'm looking for a clean, calm and easy going lady, preferably a vegetarian who works as a stewardess.

Some house rules:
No smoking, drugs, alcohol, pets, shoes, kooking pork and (male) visitors in the appartment.

The rent is up to 6 months, available dates are:
Six months from 1 Juli - 31 December
Six month from 1 August - 31 Januari 2025

To rent the room you need to have the following documents ready, copy of: Identity, Income, Contract or Enrollment and your Criminal record.

Rent per month Green room € 650 (10m2) exclusief or Yellow room € 950 (13m2) inclusief
Security deposit is €1000
