Quiet area in Wassenaar. Close to the dunes, beaches, parks and city of The Hague and Scheveningen. Ideal for writers and artists. Note: - public transport close by - two garages underneath are used by the owner, owner's house is next door on the same property - there is an old very friendly big dog who walks freely around in the owner's garden and has access to the terrace of the small house as well. - the house needs to have a paint touched up inside and has single glazing. Otherwise, the house is lovely.
