A fully furnished room (9 m2) in a shared house with internationals. Please read this description towards the end for important notices. Rent is excluding a deposit for utilities, which is added to the rent. Internet is included. We're looking for a clean, tidy, social and responsible person. It's not a party house. Kitchen, shower and rooftop terrace are shared. No pets! No smoking! The house is fully equipped, so no need to bring bedlinnen, cooking utensils etc. Registration is possible. The room has a rail for hanging shirts and coats etc. There's an extra closet and a bigger desk than as shown in the pictures. Also the floor in the common areas has been upgraded and is different as in the pictures. The house is located in a quiet area in the Bas Paauwestraat, right next to the river. It’s a nice walk or run along the boulevard up to Brienenoord nature island. There’s a passenger / cyclist ferry across the river for a quick and easy commute to Erasmus university. We're looking for somebody who can stay for 5 months. From 1st November to 31st of March. Message me if that works for you and if you can stay the entire 5 months or not.
