Comfy fully furnished bedroom, shared apartment! Start rent 1st March 2026: We are looking for a young working professional to join our Co-Living apartment. Our aim is to make your stay as pleasant as possible and therefore we offer private rooms in shared apartments fully furnished and equipped with a kitchen, refrigerator, oven/microwave, cooking equipment, washing and drying machine, dishes and bed lined. The rental price excludes payment for utilities such as gas, water, electricity, fiber internet, taxes and furniture. The utilities will be arranged, managed and monitored by me, which will come down near to around € 85,- per month per person. For the furniture there will be a monthly payment of € 45,00 upon the rental price. The deposit is of course refundable at the end of your stay if no damages have occurred. The Rental Agreement will be sent to you only after the reservation is completed through your first payment. Handover of the keys including payment can be done on the spot at the location during checking in. You will be signing the rental agreement digitally online prior to your move in date. Since our Rental Agreement runs over full calendar months, the end date on it will be the last day of the month regardless of any other indicated or preferred end date. The minimum stay is 6 months. Housing Anywhere guarantees a secure check in by their payment process.
