Earlier this year, HTM experimented with providing more information in English.
This joint initiative between the transportation company and the Municipality of The Hague was embraced by the international community and now, HTM is conducting a survey to identify passengers’ expectations.
To participate - "you will be asked to listen to some sound bites and to voice your opinion on the speaker’s voice and the word choice" - visit the HTM panel:
