300.000 euros fine for ProRail

ProRail was fined by the Minister of Infrastructure and the Environment, Melanie Schultz van Haegen.
Passengers' dissatisfaction with the provision of information was the main reason of the 300.000 euros preliminary fine that may be waived if ProRail performs better in the first half of 2011.
Note that a preliminary fine was imposed to NS for performing poorly earlier this year too.
