What exactly are you going to do

As a Logistics Planner, you will contribute to the smooth operation of our logistics processes. Your day starts with reviewing open orders and transport schedules, prioritizing urgent shipments. You’ll collaborate closely with the warehouse team and external partners, such as carriers and suppliers, to ensure an efficient and customer-focused operation. Your analytical mindset and problem-solving skills will help you adapt quickly to unexpected challenges, making a real impact on our logistics performance.

What You Will Do:

• Plan: transport schedules in coordination with carriers and book shipments efficiently.
• Process: customer orders and follow up on them within the system.
• Communicate: with the warehouse team about inventory management and external parties like suppliers and carriers.
• Track: transport costs and prepare weekly and monthly reports for internal use.
• Resolve: ad-hoc issues and contribute to optimizing logistics operations.

• Gross monthly salary between €2,600 and €2,700.
• Permanent contract for a full-time position.
• 40-hour workweek with flexible working hours.
• 25 vacation days and travel allowance of €0.23 per km.
