You manage customer orders, coordinate transport schedules, and act as the link between drivers, warehouse teams, and planners. Thanks to your attention to detail and proactive approach, shipments arrive on time and everyone stays informed, helping create an efficient and customer-focused operation.

• Processing customer orders and coordinating transport schedules;
• Collaborating with the warehouse on inventory and shipping plans;
• Booking and tracking shipments in the system;
• Maintaining communication with customers, carriers, and other external parties;
• Supporting inbound and outbound goods flows.
