What exactly are you going to do

As a junior personnel planner, you will contribute to ensuring that our offshore crew operates under the best conditions, equipped with the correct certifications and travel documents. You’ll work closely with our dedicated personnel planners and vessel management teams to coordinate seamless crew changes and support the success of our maritime projects. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.

What You Will Do:

  • Coordinate: provide timely input for weekly crew changes to ensure smooth operations.
  • Arrange: organize flights and other travel arrangements for offshore crew members.
  • Communicate: correspond with employees regarding official documents such as certifications, training, visas, and flight details.
  • Support: act as a backup for the personnel planner when needed.
  • Comply: execute activities in line with company policies and external partner requirements.

Job Requirements

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Personnel Planner who thrives in dynamic environments and values teamwork.

  • Strong English communication skills, written and spoken.
  • Preferably familiar with maritime or offshore industries.
  • Resilient under pressure with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Capable of working independently and with high accuracy.
