About this role
You will develop and maintain seasonal and rolling demand, assortment, and stock plans that improve forecast accuracy and drive profitability for both our customer and retail partners. The role integrates short-term and long-term forecasts using sales, replenishment, promotion, marketing, and product lifecycle data.
Working closely with Planning, Merchandising, Sports, Marketing, Digital, Supply Chain, and Finance teams, you will act as a key connector translating strategy into commercial execution. You will own end-to-end assortment and stock planning, continuously adjusting in-season plans based on performance to maximize upside and manage risk.
You will use statistical analysis and data-driven insights to validate demand assumptions, identify patterns, and improve forecast accuracy. You will also contribute to cross-functional decision-making, highlight risks and opportunities, and support fast, informed actions in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

- Extensive experience in multi season retail planning, with a strong understanding of assortment and management.
- Strong experience in multi-season retail planning
- Solid understanding of retail finance, KPIs, and commercial performance
- Strong data storytelling, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to simplify complexity into clear, actionable plans
- Proven experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders
- Ability to lead, coach, and collaborate in diverse teams
- Growth mindset with ownership of outcomes and decisions
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, changing environments
- Interest in leveraging AI and advanced analytics in planning
Salary
€5500-€7000 per month
