Lead Generator, DACH Region - Bulgarian, German & English

Our client is a global leader in Sales-as-a-Service, helping B2B technology companies expand their reach and drive revenue growth worldwide. They specialise in delivering full sales functions, from lead generation to deal closure, across diverse markets and industries.
We are looking for a proactive Lead Generator (Sales Development Representative) to join their team in Bulgaria remotely. This role is focused on direct prospect engagement in the DACH region through cold calls, personalised email outreach, and LinkedIn messaging.
Job Profile for Lead Generator, DACH Region
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Execute cold calling campaigns daily to engage target prospects
- Send personalised outreach emails to decision-makers in German and English
- Leverage LinkedIn (InMails, connection requests, follow-ups) to build engagement
- Book meetings for Account Executives, ensuring proper handover notes
- Maintain high activity levels and record all interactions in the CRM
- Share feedback on the effectiveness of messaging and any objections encountered
KPIs
- Number of cold calls made / conversations started
- Meetings booked per week/month
- Email and LinkedIn response rates
- Conversion rate of outreach - qualified meeting
Candidate Profile for Lead Generator, DACH Region
- Must be fluent in Bulgarian, German and English, both written and spoken
- 1–3 years of outbound SDR or inside sales experience (B2B environment)
- Strong phone communication and objection-handling skills
- Experience using outreach tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lemlist, Apollo, HubSpot/Salesforce CRM)
- Resilient, target-driven, and motivated to meet daily activity and meeting goals
