Customer care officer - Temporary
About this role
Are you customer-obsessed, a brilliant communicator, and do you thrive by a fast-paced international environment? In this temporary role (3 months) you will help deliver a flawless customer experience for our global B2B clients—ranging from bakeries to major fast-food chains.
In this role, your main focus is managing the complete order-to-cash cycle. No two days are the same: you will constantly collaborate with international clients and internal teams (Sales, Logistics, Planning) to solve supply chain and administrative challenges quickly.
Key Responsibilitiest:
- Order Managemen: Coordinate the complete order-to-cash process for international B2B accounts;
- Customer Support: Serve as the primary contact for professional clients like bakeries, hotels, and food companies;
- Stakeholder Alignment: Collaborate closely with internal departments including Sales, Logistics, and Planning;
- Issue Resolution: Solve supply chain disruptions and administrative challenges quickly and efficiently;
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize operational workflows and enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements
What we ask: - MBO/HBO degree or equivalent in a relevant field. - Experience in a customer care or order management role, preferably in an international and fast-paced environment. - For this position, we require you to be native or near-native level in English - Proficient in using Microsoft Office. - Experience with SAP and Salesforce is a plus. - A customer-centric approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service. - Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. - Problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and find appropriate resolutions.
