Assistant Brand Manager - Bulgarian & English

For our client, a global and fast-growing company specialising in the production of home and personal care products, hygiene disposables, and packaged snack foods we are looking for an Assistant Brand Manager to join their expanding team in Sofia. 

Job Profile for Assistant Brand Manager
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• Participate in the process of development of exciting brands
• Generate product and communication ideas
• Monitor and analyse categories, trends, competitors, and consumer attitudes on the focus markets (Nielsen market reports, store checks)
• Perform sales analysis for different markets – turnover, distribution, pricing and promo strategy
• Make budget monitoring, invoices, and legal document management
• Work with international agencies and production houses on packaging development, TV, and digital campaigns
• Organise and analyse consumer research
• Collaborate with the Research and Development, Production, Local Marketing and Sales teams

Candidate Profile for Assistant Brand Manager

• Must be fluent in Bulgarian and English, both written and spoken
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or similar
• Knowledge of MS Office – Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Experience in presenting and argumentation of ideas/strategies/concepts
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Driver’s license will be considered as an advantage
