Our client is a science-driven nutraceutical and wellness brand expanding rapidly across Europe. Combining high-quality production standards with a culture of innovation, the company is establishing dedicated local teams in key markets to accelerate brand development and strengthen consumer engagement.

We are looking for a strategic, multilingual Country Manager to lead their sales, marketing, and operational coordination across Germany and the Netherlands.

Job Profile for Country Manager, Germany and the Netherlands
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Manage market entry and brand positioning in both Germany and the Netherlands
  • Identify and engage key sales channels — including pharmacies, health retailers, and online platforms such as Amazon
  • Manage outreach and partnerships with distributors, wholesalers, and retail buyers
  • Support sell-in to leading retail chains in the region
  • Build and execute localised digital marketing strategies (Meta, Google Ads, etc.)
  • Manage influencer partnerships: sourcing, negotiating, KPI tracking, and content coordination
  • Oversee social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) for both regions with aligned calendars and metrics
  • Collaborate with HQ for campaign assets, copy, and region-specific storytelling
  • Serve as the key point of contact between the company and the warehouse and logistics partner
  • Coordinate inventory updates, import documentation, and order fulfilment performance reports
  • Ensure smooth alignment of warehousing, packaging, and shipping, without needing to be on-site
  • Deliver monthly reports on sales activity, campaign outcomes, and market feedback
  • Track and interpret local consumer trends, competitor actions, and regulatory shifts

Candidate Profile for Country Manager, Germany and the Netherlands

  • Must be fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
  • 7+ years of experience in an e-commerce environment
  • Experience in a wellness and personal care organisation is a plus
  • Campaign planning and brand awareness strategy experience
  • Proven track record in driving revenue increase
  • Excellent negotiation and sales skills
  • Excellent skills in social media – Instagram, TikTok, YouTube
  • Ability to persuade and defend the company’s position
  • Strategic and analytical thinking
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
