As a Customer Service Representative you will be the connecting link between the customer and the organization. You will be building long lasting relationships with your clients and you will be trained to deal with complaints and offer appropriate solutions. You will be ensuring the implementation of new customers, new products and the internal information provision towards other departments. You are naturally capable of handling the workflow during hectic work hours.


- HBO work and thinking level.
- Experience with Microsoft Office (excellent knowledge of Excel is a plus).
- Excellent knowledge of German and English (Dutch is a plus).
- Proven work experience in a similar position.
- You are available to work at least 32 hours a week
