We're looking for someone with proven experience in credit control. You're highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, and are comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in credit collection
- Fluency in English is a must, German or Dutch is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working in an international environment is beneficial
As a Credit & Collection Specialist, your day-to-day tasks will involve managing a portfolio of B2B clients, ensuring timely payment of invoices. You'll be contacting clients, analyzing business cases, and finding tailored solutions to payment issues. You'll also contribute to team targets and participate in process improvement projects.
- Manage and review aging reports
- Contact clients regarding outstanding invoices
- Negotiate payment plans and request write-offs
- Issue reminder letters and statements
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of team processes
